En el primer caso, no se pueden usar los atajos teniendo en cuenta que WhatsApp Web dentro de un navegador no funciona como app independiente, por lo que la combinación de teclas no funcionaría con el servicio de mensajería sino con el navegador que se esté utilizando.

Por ejemplo, en caso que use Chrome, el atajo de Ctrl +N no iniciaría un nuevo chat sino que abriría una nueva ventana en el navegador de Google.

Por su parte, el WhatsApp Web que se descarga directamente al computador, funcionaría como un programa independiente, tal como lo hacen otros servicios como Microsoft Word o Photoshop, o el mismo Google Chrome.
