An Air Force colonel on assignment in the United States has been punished after being accused of masturbating to an enlarger device

The Minister of National Defense, Javier García, expelled an Air Force colonel who was on official duty in the United States, due to his “inappropriate attitudes”.

According to sources from the Ministry of National Defense, the situation became known as a result of a report by the head of the Uruguayan military mission in Washington, General Ricardo DeVita.

In the document, he denounced that the colonel had engaged in “improper situations” while studying at the American Defense College in Washington, sent privately by Uruguay.

García immediately removed the officer from his assignment and ordered him sent back to the country. This colonel’s official assignment to the United States was to last until June 2024.

According to sources from the Ministry of Defense, the sanctioned man is traveling back to Uruguay, and upon his arrival he will be subjected to strict arrest, an administrative procedure will be opened and he will be presented to the Ethics Tribunal by the Air Force.

Although it was not officially clarified what the “non-offending” incidents consisted of, other military aviation sources said the colonel was accused of masturbating during Zoom as part of the US Defense College’s academic activities. Sources in the Ministry of Defense stated that “what happened is not far from that.”

Col. Marcello Lorenzi, the Air Force’s chief of public relations, did not want to comment or report on the case.
