Over the years, Air Canada has distinguished itself by being an all-around, 100% family-friendly airline, which is why the Skytrax World Airline Awards have awarded it for six consecutive years with the “World's Most Family-Friendly Airline” award. In addition to being one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces® awarded for innovative engagement and recognition practices that improve the employee experience.

Air Canada is also distinguished for its contribution to environmental stewardship thanks to the creation of its Climate Action Plan, which is why in April 2023 it purchased 9.5 million liters of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) with the product Neste MY Sustainable Aviation Fuel™ resulting in greenhouse gas reductions of About 23,500 tons of CO2 equivalent calculated based on full life cycle assessment.

Completing 87 years of providing quality and safety services to travelers around the world is no easy task. Over the years, Air Canada has maintained its initial commitment to annual customer service-focused improvements, strategic expansion of key operations centers and its extensive network.
