“The Public Prosecution reminds all parties involved that the criminal proceedings against Spacey are continuing and that he has the right to a fair trial,” the prosecutor said, stressing that only the court can ultimately determine his innocence or guilt.

The American actor lived for several years in London, where he served as artistic director of The Old Vic Theater between 2004 and 2015.
