In a press conference, Culiacán Director of Tourism, Brianda Murillo, and Puerto Vallarta Director of Tourism, Luis Antonio Villasenor, informed that flights from Culiacán – Puerto Vallarta – Culiacán will be available Thursday and Sunday.
“Flights are on Thursday and Sunday. Departing from Culiacán at 3:30 PM, the flight arrives in Puerto Vallarta at 5:20 PM. The journey does not take more than 30 or 40 minutes, it is very short, but we have an hour difference, ”said Luis Villasenor.

He added that this new route opens up important job and communication opportunities, as the port has direct flights connecting it with cities in the United States, Canada and England.
For her part, Brianda Murillo stated that this line is one of the seven new lines inaugurated by the Mexican airline that connects Culiacán with other cities.
The new flights are:
- Culiacan – Puerto Vallarta – Culiacan.
- Culiacan Monterrey Culiacan.
- Culiacan Hermosillo Culiacan.
- Culiacán-CDMX (AIFA) – Culiacán.
- Culiacan Ciudad Juárez Culiacan.
- Culiacan Queretaro Culiacan.
- Culiacán Leon (Bagio) – Culiacán.
