The College of Veterinarians of Navarra will hold a conference on Small Animal Internal Medicine on February 3

On 3 February 2024, the College of Veterinarians of Navarra will be the scene of a distinguished conference on small animal internal medicine, open to both registered and private veterinarians. It will be taught by Ignacio Mesa Sánchez, specialist with European Diploma in Internal Medicine and AVEPA-certified in Internal Medicine, and Carles Mangual Riera, Master in Animal Medicine from the University of Cordoba and in the process of being AVEPA-certified in Emergency and Intensive Care.

The day will be divided into two parts. The morning session, which will begin at 9:30 a.m., will focus on the renal area, with an emphasis on acute renal failure and the clinical management of proteinuria and glomerulopathy. These topics are essential to animal welfare and the speakers will provide valuable information to participants.

After the lunch break, the afternoon will focus on respiratory problems. Speakers will share their knowledge on the management of respiratory distress, tracheal collapse and the use of… Stents To improve the quality of life of patients suffering from these conditions.
