See: The report sent by the Electronic Processing Office of the Modernization Area of this General Administration, stating that new specializations should be included in the list of expert affairs included in Annex III of Regulatory Agreement No. 163, Series “B” dated 07/22/2020.
And consider:
1) That within the specialty of medicine it is necessary to include the following subspecialties in the list: “Pre-hospital and rescue medicine”, “Pediatric surgery”, “Pediatric emergency medicine”.
2) The Board of Directors of the Medical Council decided, through Resolution No. 017/93, to unify the specialties of obstetrics and gynecology into one specialty called obstetrics and gynecology, so it is appropriate to adapt the nomination decided according to those mentioned above to agree to replace the medical subspecialties “obstetrics and gynecology” with “Obstetrics and Gynecology.”
3) It must be recorded that the same convention calls the subspecialty of medicine “pulmonary medicine” and “pulmonology”.
4) That, as appears from the report of the Office of Electronic Processing of the Modernization Area of this General Administration, it is appropriate to be included in the list of expert specialties established pursuant to Agreement No. 163, Group “B”, dated 7/Decree No. 22/2020 Specialties and Subspecialties “ “Escribanía – Escribanía”, “Public Graphology – Public Graphology”, “Psychopedagogy – Psychopedagogy” and “Security – Security”.
5) That in Regulatory Agreement No. 163, Group “B” dated 07/22/2020, in its first annex, Article 23, relating to the list of expert affairs, it was decided as follows: “The Director General, by decision, may include new specializations in the list of expert subjects when there are Scientific, technical, or service reasons justify this, or based on a reasoned request from professional or academic bodies, which must be accompanied by a detailed report that allows defining the duties of the profession, specialization, art, or craft in question. They may also delete the specializations published in them, for valid reasons, Such as lack of condition or something else.
6) It is of utmost importance to provide justice services, including the above-mentioned specializations, taking into account the resulting needs; Thus, judicial authorities seek the assistance of experts from various specializations. For this reason and what is stipulated in Articles 2, 3 and 6 of Regulatory Agreement No. 916/2007 and its amendments and extensions. I) Include in the current list of expert affairs, Regulatory Agreement No. 163, Group B, 07/22/2020, Appendix I, in the specialty of medicine the following subspecialties: “Pre-hospital and rescue medicine” “Pediatric surgery” “Emergency medicine” children.”
II) Replacement in the current list of experts, Regulatory Agreement No. 163, Group B, 07/22/2020, Appendix I, in the medical subspecialty specialty “Gynecology” and “Obstetrics and Gynecology” with “Obstetrics and Gynecology” “.
