Aguilar rose to prominence in the United States, earning three podium finishes

Emanuel Aguilar of Corrientes made an impressive debut at the Pan American Motorcycle Championships held over the weekend in Homestead, Miami (USA).

The driver from Corrientes participated in four finals and achieved 3 podiums, becoming the central protagonist of the first date of the competition.

During training and qualification, Aguilar has already shown that he is ready to fight for top positions. Meanwhile, on Sunday, despite the change in track conditions, he confirmed his good performance alongside “La Corentina”, as he called his motorcycle.

Aguilar took pole position in the Super Stock 1000 cc, in a race run in the rain.

He also finished second in the Super Bike 1000cc race, also in a rain-soaked competition; Finally, he finished third in the 1000cc Super Bike Sprint, which was actually on a dry track.

“What a great way to start 2024 in Homestead Miami. Yes, here in Homestead, the same arena that we have found in video games since we were kids and that we dreamed of competing in one day, here I am making my dream come true.”

When it came to thanking him, the man from Corrientes highlighted “my old man who was always at the forefront, Santiago Maioli for giving me a competitive motorcycle and Pablo Zepi who gave us a big hand in solving some problems related to the motorcycle.”

He also thanked “Germain Vacca for giving me a place in his team.”

In contact withthe coast,Aguilar confirmed that he will return to Argentina “to finish determining my budget with the aim of being able to complete the entire Pan American SBK Championship.”

The second date for this competition will be during the month of March.
