WhatsApp will allow you to create surveys in groups directly from the app

WhatsApp will have the ability to create polls directly in the app without using third party apps or websites to do so. An add-on that has proven to be very useful for its users, especially in groups.

The fact is that this absence is something that is not well understood, because we are not talking about something particularly complicated to implement. WABetaInfo, the web page specializing in the latest news from WhatsApp, has announced that the popular messaging service is testing the implementation of creating polls directly in the app.

Thanks to this WhatsApp tool, users will be able to ask their friends about the best hotel to stay in a tourist place, or choose a movie to go to the cinema in a group.

How polls will be created in WhatsApp

An example as a first step would be to select the question you want to ask.

Once this is done, different answers can be configured so that the rest of the members can choose if they want any of the suggested options. At this point, it’s not clear how many of these can be used, but there are certainly more than five.

Extensions such as tagging images and setting survey activity intervals are generally allowed. And the last, quite suitable, because it does not allow the desired result to last forever.
