The Second National Day will be held on Saturday at the Faculty of Medical Sciences at the Universidad Nacional de Rosario (UNR). “Plant nutrition. Health, Ethics and Food Sovereignty” under the guidance of Nutritionist Rocio Hernandez, known as nutriloca on Instagram, and physician Ariel Kraselnik. There will be Live cooking classes and gastronomic exhibition of Rosario’s projects.
The day, which will be held at the Santa Fe and France Study House, will begin at 10. The aim is to address plant-based nutrition and diets as a whole, from their biomedical, social, environmental and ethical aspects, through references on the subject. There will be lectures and activities by specialists in medicine, nutrition, environment, law and agroecology, with an approach based on scientific evidence, activism and field experience in food production.
