An extraordinary meeting of shareholders was appointed in Corvi (Corvicolombiana). Gerardo Silva Castro and Maria Fernanda Suarez As new members of its board of directors.

He currently holds the position of President of Bank of the West SA, The entity he has worked for since 1994 and in which he has held various positions such as Vice President of Business, Formal and Medium Banking and Vice President of Corporate.

For her part, Maria Fernanda Suarez is a business manager from the Graduate School of Management – CISA, and holds a master’s degree in public policy management from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, in the United States. She has more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors, having held positions such as President of Accenture Colombia, and Minister of Mines and Energy of Colombia., Executive Vice President of Strategy and Finance for Ecopetrol, and Director of Public Credit at the Ministry of Finance. He has also held other positions at Porvenir Retirement Fund, Citibank and Bank of America.
She is currently the President of Banco Popular.
