The messaging app has officially launched support for passwordless login through “passkeys” in the Android app, so users will be able to access their accounts through methods such as facial recognition or fingerprint. Passkeys are a login method that does not require a password.

Instead, users must authenticate their login through some biometric method available on their device. Likewise, you can also use the unlock code or pattern on the smartphone.
