The chamber will promote student exchange in the United States

The Chamber of Commerce of Valladolid, through its College of Business Administration, and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United States signed a new cooperation agreement aimed at creating an internship program that allows participants to advance their careers through on-site knowledge. In this way, business school students will be able to conduct training courses and apprenticeships in some of the most important and influential companies in the United States, whether they are companies in the energy sector, pharmaceuticals, banks, consulting, airlines, or the food and beverage sector, among others.

Likewise, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United States will offer its own headquarters in New York to host the interns as part of this cooperation.

On the one hand, the signing of this agreement guarantees the feasibility and expeditious management of the application procedures and administration of the J1 visa, and the documentation required for foreigners who implement a business training program in the United States, while the Chamber of Spain in this country is officially authorized to issue the certificates necessary to obtain this visa.

In this way, the alliance and cooperation between the two institutions will allow the personal and professional development of students and recent graduates through international training, while bringing Valladolid closer to the American business community, as the two chambers companies have become a link of exchange, in favor of promoting trade relations between the two countries.

Since 1992, the Valladolid Chamber of Business School has trained more than 3,500 professionals and has a level of employment entry above 70% thanks to the synergies and direct relationship between the chamber company and the business fabric. Among its training programs, it is worth noting the postgraduate courses specializing in international trade, marketing, business management or winery management, among others.
