There are 20 thousand job vacancies in various departments of Colombia, in profiles such as Business operations supervisor, call center consultants, bouncers, psychologists, chef, information and customer service assistants, welders, production assistants, business consultants, nursing assistants, construction assistants, among other things. “At Sena, we are committed to continuing to connect Colombians’ human talent with opportunity, which is why during 2021 we were able to manage more than 400,000 jobs (new jobs) in Colombia through our Public Employment Agency. Providing career guidance to more and more people,” said Margherita Giraldo Correa, Coordinator (e) of the entity’s Public Employment Agency, one million people are looking for work.”

600 vacancies internationally

Among the main profiles: Doctors, Bartenders, Floor Installers, Construction Draftsmen, Crane and Heavy Construction Equipment Operators.

It is worth noting that the Sina Transnational Public Employment Agency conducts labor mediation operations with foreign companies that require Colombian human talent. In this sense, companies that employ Colombian employees must go through a legal verification process, implemented by the APE with the support of the government and the corresponding national entities, to determine the feasibility of publishing job offers through the entity.
