LaLiga takes its 'Power of Our Football' project to the UK and Asia

LaLiga has taken its 'Power of Our Football' project to Asia and the UK, promoting three projects that seek to demonstrate its new strategic positioning and new international development strategy, and increase cooperation between local clubs and the organisation.

In the UK, La Liga has landed in a Welsh city with one of the longest names in the world ('Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch') with a cooperation agreement with local club CPD Llanfairpwll FC, which will allow the team to display the club's crest. The Spanish competition in its kits for the 2023/24 season.

In Southeast Asia, LaLiga has carried out activities in Malaysia and Thailand, where, with the participation of local artists, it has transformed and renovated various spaces to present its new identity, as well as presenting various projects focused on promoting sports among young people.

In the case of Malaysia, the head of Spanish Business in Malaysia, Santiago Lozano, presented the new image of LaLiga as well as the third edition of the LaLiga Youth Championship. In addition, the LaLiga Mural, an artwork in collaboration with artist group Project ZeroSix, which symbolizes the LaLiga Second Chance project in Southeast Asia, was also inaugurated.

In Thailand, he moved to Nonthaburi province where, together with street artist “muai” Piasak Kyosa, he began the revitalization of Wat Pramai Yikawat (Sansawat Wittayakhan) Koh Kret School, transforming its indoor soccer field and creating a renovated space for the community after years of Flood problems.
