Icetex added that the grants of exemption from supplementary teaching fees (tuition fee reduction) will be granted mainly for studies in French-speaking institutions, the main language of which is French.

The program targets Colombian professionals in various fields who wish to pursue master's studies in the province of Quebec. Among the basic requirements, applicants must have completed Be 21 years old or under 65 years old, with a GPA of at least 3.7/5.0 at the undergraduate level.

In return, they are preferred to have at least one year of professional experience accredited by a university, scientific research center, technological development center or Colombian company in the public or private sector.

The applicant must have final admission to a master's program at a Quebec university for the fall 2024 semester and have an excellent knowledge of French or English (depending on the program and the levels required by the different universities).

Please note that for this invitation, the program will not accept participation in free studies or short programs at all levels (e.g. Certificate, Mini-Programme, Specialized Postgraduate Diploma).
