Monterey. To speed up procedures related to opening new businesses, Economy Minister, Tatiana Clotheer, reported that the agency will create a single electronic window.
Through it, which will be ready at the end of this year, entrepreneurs will be able to carry out the necessary actions to open their business.
Clotheer explained in his keynote speech at the INMEX 2021 Forum organized: “We are working with international agencies to see if we can have a one-stop online store so you know everything you need to invest in Mexico and avoid the 15 doors #. By Index Nuevo Leon,” he explained.
“We seek to take advantage of the moments that the country and the world are going through to get more investment, and we hope it will be ready by the end of the year,” the official said.
For the federal agency, Cothier added, attracting foreign investment is a priority.
We will go to Dubai for an international exhibition in October and in March 2022 we will go to Paris, so through various mechanisms we will promote Mexico. We are also working with the United States so that through T-MEC we can attract companies that are part of the supply chain.”
In addition, the minister stated that she plans to update various trade agreements in the country, such as those with Ecuador and Europe.
“They asked us, the EU at least, to split the treaty into three parts, to say the commercial thing that could come out more quickly, because it doesn’t require a majority in Congress to approve it,” he said.
“For example, with the United Kingdom, there is an improvement, as well as with Ecuador, to see if they are interested in participating in the Pacific Alliance.
