The campaign is part of a global promotional agreement signed by Hyundai Motor and Sony Pictures in May 2020 to feature in various films Hyundai’s vision of mobility, which is people-centred through technological and product innovations.

“Spider-Man: No Way Home” is the third Spider-Man movie from Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios starring Tom Holland, who plays Peter Parker and his alias is Spider-Man. His previous movie, Spider-Man: Far From Home, grossed $1.131 million worldwide, making it the fourth highest-grossing movie of 2019 and the 25th of all time.

In addition to the product launch plan, Hyundai Motor will carry out various marketing activities using the intellectual property rights associated with “Spider-Man: No Way Home”.
Among them is the full trailer for “Only Way Home” directed by John Watts, director of the latest three Spider-Man films, and starring Tom Holland as Spider-Man and his best friend Ned Leeds. by Jacob Batalon.
In this TV commercial, Spider-Man is determined to clear his name. To do so, he came out of hiding and set off on the 300-mile (482.8 km) trip to New York with Ned in an all-electric IONIQ 5. The two characters traverse the area inside the futuristic IONIQ 5, exchanging jokes along the way. The 30-second version will air on prime-time television programs in the United States, Europe, China, Russia, and other global markets through January 2022.

In addition, Hyundai Motor also produced a 30-second ad featuring TUCSON, the new and modern compact SUV. The ad features key scenes from the film, including those starring TUCSON and Tom Holland.
On social media, Hyundai will offer fans the chance to receive the “Hyundai IONIQ 5 x Spider-Man: No Way Home” special edition poster, as well as custom wallpapers. A video of the IONIQ 5 behind-the-scenes announcement (made) and other exclusive content will also be made available online.
Hyundai’s comprehensive marketing campaign for the upcoming movie “Spider-Man: No Way Home” will be shown on giant screens in London’s Piccadilly Circus, as well as in various advertising venues around the world.
After Spider-Man: No Way Home, the company will stage several marketing initiatives related to the upcoming films, “Uncharted” slated for release in February 2022, and the sequel to the critically acclaimed and Academy Award-winning animated feature “Spider” -Man: Into the Spider- Verse” which will premiere in October 2022.
