DDA is expanding its senior leadership team in the UK and internationally

Exclusive: The DDA has placed a series of promotions in the expanded senior management team for its UK Consumer Advertising Division and its International Advertising Division.

Theresa Arundel has been promoted from Vice President to Senior Vice President, leading the UK consumer advertising team, including film, TV, awards and brand advertising.

Adele Ibbotson has been promoted from International Director to Vice President of the department she heads from 2021, and Senior Account Manager Vicky Topper has been promoted to Film Director with oversight of all film projects. Arundel and Ibbotson originally joined the DDA as assistants nearly fifteen years ago. Taber joined the company in 2018.

Arundel's new role will see him lead the UK consumer division, including new business and expansion. He previously managed the appointment of Rich Cain as Director of Television and the recent appointment of Laura Fields, who joins as Brand PR Director.

Tupper joins DDA after a previous role at independent distributor eOne. Tupper will now oversee the DDA's British Film campaign and will join Sam Ross (Film Awards Director) and newly appointed Ken and Laura Fields (Brand Director) in reporting to Arundel.

“The promotion of these three long-serving executives is a testament to DDA’s commitment to developing talent and providing them with opportunities to shape the future of the agency,” said Partners Lawrence Atkinson, Dana Archer and Neil Bhatt.

“With their years of operational experience, they are best placed to support DDA’s continued growth in key areas of the agency’s business in the UK and internationally alongside the company’s US expansion, as we build our consumer services and brand around the world.”
