Canadian tennis player Felix Auger-Aliassime, currently ranked 9th in the ATP rankings, has received an invitation to attend the Barcelona Open Banc Sabadell, which will take place from April 16-21 at Real Club de Tenis Barcelona.

The Count of Godó will be fourth in the top 10. The Catalan championship announced on Thursday after Auger-Aliassime confirmed his participation through a “Wild Card”.

The 21-year-old Canadian, considered one of the new generation’s tennis references, will be one of the favorites for the tournament along with Stefanos Tsitsipas, Carlos Alcaraz, Janek Sener, Casper Ruud and Cameron Nouri, among other players.
