What will you watch in June 2023

Despite the fact that it’s summer, streaming services continue to delight viewers with plenty of exciting and new content, and once again, this is the case with Netflix.

With a slew of new releases, all based on UK extras, here’s what to watch on Netflix this month.

New TV series

Arnold – June 7th

This three-part documentary series explores how Arnold Schwarzenegger rose from humble beginnings to global fame.

I Never – Season 4 – June 8

In the final season of this romantic comedy, we follow Devi as she deals with her senior year of high school and all the personal and social challenges that mark her path to adulthood.


Human Resources – Season 2 – June 9

The second and final season of this animated series is back, and this time it will feature an all-star cast who will lend their voices to the exciting monsters of Big Mouth.


Our Planet 2 – June 14th

David Attenborough, in his unmistakable voice, guides us in a nature documentary that seeks to capture the diversity of the animal kingdom.

Black Mirror – Season 6 – June 15

After four years of waiting, the Netflix sci-fi anthology returns with a five-episode season featuring notable actors like Aaron Paul and Salma Hayek.

The Break Point – Part Two – June 21

The Tennis Documentary Series returns and continues to tell the stories of the best tennis players from around the world, in a similar style to ‘Formula 1: Drive to Survive’.

Skull Island – June 22

In this animated series, a group of adventurers find themselves stranded on a mysterious island inhabited by prehistoric creatures. Get ready to dive into this exciting story full of action and discovery on Skull Island.

The Witcher – Season 3, Volume 1 – June 29

Henry Cavill returns for his final performance as Geralt of Rivia in the Netflix TV adaptation of fantasy novels. This time around, the series will be based on the book The Time of Hate and the season will be split into two volumes.

Roald Dahl’s Matilda: The Musical – June 24

In this musical adaptation of the beloved book by Roald Dahl, Marshana Lynch and Emma Thompson bring the heroines to life and Tim Minchin is responsible for writing the screenplay and soundtrack.

NEMONA – June 30th

In this animated film, Riz Ahmed and Chloe Grace Moretz give life to the heroines. The story revolves around a brave young woman who faces the challenge of proving the innocence of a knight unjustly accused of a crime.
