Canada, Cuba, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, the US Virgin Islands, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the United States entered the cast in both sexes, while Belize, Jamaica, and Saint Kitts and Nevis entered the male cast only.
