New York-(work wire) –TransPerfect, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions to global companies, and sponsor of the Michele Graglia ultramarathon, has teamed up with Graglia to announce the US edition of the first internationally published book ULTRA: The best model for the best runner.
The June 22, 2021 edition is available in paperback, hardcover, and digital formats. The audiobook, which was recently recorded at TransPerfect’s MediaNEXT Studios in Los Angeles, is due for release in July.
The Graglia is one of the most successful Ultramarathoners in the world, regularly competing at the world’s highest level in races of over 26.2 miles and winning events such as the Badwater 135, which is considered the “Hardest Running Race in the World” and one of the most recognized titles on the Ultramarathon circuit. Most recently, in 2020, Graglia won the MOAB 240, beating runner-up David Goggins by more than 90 minutes. Graglia has won multiple Ultramarathons and has broken seven course records since 2012.
Graglia’s other notable achievements include the first two rounds of the TransPerfect 4×4 Desert Crossing project. The first crossing of the Atacama Desert in Chile was completed in 2018 in 8 days, 16 hours and 58 minutes. The second, 2019 across the Gobi Desert in Mongolia, took 23 days, 8 hours and 46 minutes, and covered a distance of 1,703 kilometers. Both majors are records of the included courses.

About Michele Graglia
A native and former Italian model who has lived in Miami, New York, and Milan as part of her modeling career, Michelle discovered in 2011 that her true passion was far from the cameras and the airplane lifestyle.
