Full support for latinos in north carolina
These events are held to fully support Latinos who want to develop or own a business, but have concerns, explained Gabriela Mendez, an administrator with the Carolina Small Business Development Fund.
Gabriela Mendez, Assistant County Superintendent of El Centro Henderson stated: “Through these workshops, we seek to empower Latinos to move forward, not necessarily work for someonebut to have his own business.”
They come from other countries who know what they want to do or have small businesses in their home region. However, they do not know how to bring the business idea to life in the United States.
Mendez confirmed, according to a post in Enlace Latino: “We want them to know that there are free services for them, because it would be very expensive to hire someone to advise them.It is important for them to know that aid and loans are easy to obtain, even with an ITIN.
People who wish to participate in the soon-to-be activities can reserve space by contacting via email: [email protected] or by phone: 828-290-7134 ext. 9.
