So Canada has no restrictions on visiting Mexico, they have been considering tourism promotion in this country for the tourist attractions of Tamaulipas.
The Undersecretary of Tourism for Promotion, Minister of Tourism of the Tamaulipas government, Edgar Eduardo Solís Islas, commented that they are only waiting for the US authorities to dictate their rules on the issue of opening the borders.
“We are ready with the promotion strategy to be able to participate if times permit in those important activities like Winter Texas, which is all promotion not only for the Texas Valley but we are also seeing, and fortunately in Canada they don’t do that I have no restrictions on visiting Mexico.” Said the Undersecretary for Tourism Promotion.
In addition, he also reported that they are taking an approach so that they can promote Miramar Beach this winter season, in order to attract Texans, who are looking to spend the winter and Miramar Beach as a destination would be a good choice.
He noted that the numbers in southern Tamaulipas favor them, as this area of the state is among the safest in the country.
