The third Women, Health and Sports Forum starts this Thursday

Lyon, Gto. The third Forum for Women, Health and Sports will start on Thursday, a hypothetical event coordinated by the Guanajuato State Sports Commission (CODE), which this year is innovating on issues that promote women’s development, empowerment and nurturing. Health.

More than a thousand people from 43 municipalities in Guanajuato state and other entities in the country have registered for the conference series that will be available via Facebook Live CODE on March 11 and 12.

The program of the first day of conferences includes participation from Chilean Carolina Águila, who will speak on the topic “Change Yourself: The Power of Communication, Body and Mind”; From Spain, Carina Nisa, a Physiotherapist in Childbirth, will talk about the care women should receive in their pelvic floor to improve their quality of life.

Isabel Hutron, the first Mexican woman to be crowned Olympic Judo Champion for the Deaf, will share the story of her personal life and in sports; From Canada, runner and coach Carla Rodriguez Dimitrisko will reveal how people can achieve success through study, sports, work and life.

Lectures are broadcast twice throughout the day, from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. CODE will hand out certificates to people who participate in the conference session. Registrations can be made free of charge at the website www.codegto.gob.mx.
