The US and French embassies issued alerts to their citizens and recommended against traveling to the southern and eastern regions of Armenia due to possible attacks from Azerbaijan.

  • Tavush district along the M4 motorway north of Ijevan and all districts to the east.
  • Gegharkunik district east of Lake Sevan.
  • Gegharkunik area south of Lake Sevan and east of the M10 motorway.
  • Village entrenches in the Ararat region.
  • Vayots Dzor District, east of Yeghegnadzor.
  • Syunik District.
  • Travel to Nagorno-Karabakh is still prohibited.
