As part of the activities of the International Adventure Tourism Festival (FITA Chihuahua), the 16th edition of the traditional Chihuahua Express Rally, a motorsports event with participants at a high level of competition and international projection, was launched.
The Chihuahua Express Rally is a race of both modern and classic cars that dot the state highways and generate significant economic benefit to the municipalities through which they travel.
Pilots from countries such as Italy, England, Costa Rica, Honduras, China, Canada and the United States, as well as at the national and local levels, participate in this version.
Today they toured the roads in the municipalities of Chihuahua, Namiquipa, Gómez Farias and Madeira.
For Friday the 28th of this month, they will move through the territory of the municipalities of Chihuahua, Cuauhtémoc, Guerrero, Boquena, Ocampo and Urique (Divisadero). On the 29th, they will tour the circuit that includes the municipalities of Chihuahua, Aldama, Cuyami del Sotol and Ojinaga.
Due to the nature of the event and for security reasons, the organizers have considered closing parts of the roads in some parts of the roads, with the support of the concerned authorities.

FITA Chihuahua is coordinated by the Ministry of Tourism of Chihuahua and its purpose is to generate interest in adventure tourism through outdoor activities and various sporting events, which are held in municipalities with a tourism profession of the entity.
