Innovation, scientific publishing, business challenges, technology, humor, online games, talks and exhibitions are the components of the ZTB conferences (Zientzia, Teknologia, Berrikuntza) that will run until November 21 in the city.

Through this initiative, as with the Laboratorium Museum, we want to contribute to the dissemination of scientific culture. Year after year, this seventh edition, contributions from top professionals who go beyond Bergara’s boundaries are being presented, as EPC member Einhwa Leit highlights the presentation of a program with more than twenty meetings open to participation.

He also highlighted the cooperation between institutions and bodies, “Joint work adds an added value to these conferences. This year, 17 groups and entities are participating along with the organizational efforts assigned to the laboratory ».

Connect with the masses

The Curator of Science Museum, Rosa Erazkin, stressed the importance of bringing science closer to all audiences, and based on diversity, broadening the range of beneficiaries “is what we strive for. Focusing on science, technology and innovation, we work on training and dissemination from various fields through conferences and exhibitions exhibitions, student activities, workshops, Wolfram encounters and other proposals »

The health status of the latest version forced the broadcast of some programs in stream form, “This format allowed us to reach people we could not reach in any other way. The balance was positive, so the opportunity to watch Seminarixoa matches live this time will remain open.”

For those who value presence more, it has been announced that despite the increased capacity limits, it is recommended to register with the Labatorium, at 943 76 90 03 or labatorium @ bergara.eus.

From many points of view

Diversity is taste, it’s one of the principles of the ZTB conference, as Marij Unamuno, municipal development technician, explained, “We have a meeting of robotics, illustration, circular economy, physics, manufacturing and many other fields ahead of us. On November 12, we organized a tech conference at the Miguel Altona Institute, Led by Beatrice Lascurin, of MU, on what artificial intelligence is and what is its application in business strategy.” He also stressed, “We are committed to highlighting the role of women in science. On November 2, the neighborhood will present the book “Stars of Science.” Women From shadow to light ‘».

The Basque language, as a subject, was incorporated into the conference. Meren Duparan from the Basque government, Joxian Amonaris from the Guipuzcoa Provincial Council and Gozo Azteria from Elhiar will participate in the round table “Euskera in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”, and on November 13, led by Librezale.eus, there will be a marathon to record votes in the Basque Country.

In the educational field, as Ohana Garmendia, of Instituto Miguel Altona pointed out at the event, “We have jointly prepared a complete educational show. Students will receive lectures from experts in different topics as well as conduct science experiments, and on November 8 we will organize a technology “escape room” with LH5 and LH6 students.”
