Sergio Izama is the new Global Director of Talent at Netflix

Sergio Izama will join the team Netflix As the new global talent manager. Previously, Ezama . was Global Head of Talent At PepsiCo, you lead the field of human resources with different functions and teams.

Sergio Izama has been with PepsiCo for 20 years, a company he joined in 2001 and has held various talent leadership positions at PepsiCo headquarters in the United States, across Europe, sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America.

In his role, out of talent, Sergio Izama led the company’s efforts in more than two hundred countries.

Sergio holds a law degree and a master’s degree in legal practice and human resource management from the University of Deusto. He also holds a Master’s degree in Health and Safety Management from the European Institute of Health and Welfare.

He also graduated from the Harvard Business School Public Administration Program.
