Science, Art and Information Festival “Contar con Datus 2023”

The Directorate of Expression and Audiovisual Content at the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation invites you to participate in the… Science, Art and Information Festival “Contar con Datus 2023”. event – who Open and free participation– will take place next Saturday, June 3 from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pmin the Malvinas Argentinas Auditorium at the Scientific and Technological Pole, located at Godoy Cruz 2320, CABA.

During the day, various activities will be held with the aim of providing inspiration and tools related to the visualization of information in its different forms and languages, and to explore the diversity of methods and techniques used in design and the arts. The festival is held within the framework of the upcoming launch of the second edition of the National Information Visualization Competition “Data Reliance”. Organized by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation and the University of San Andrés.

The program will start at 3:00 PM “Workshop on Interfering Spaces with Visualizations”, who will be responsible for the graphic designer specializing in data visualization, Andrés Snitcofsky. Finally, at 6:30 p.m., programmer, philosophy professor and musician, Gabo Vinazza, will give a presentation. “Musical performance live coding“ Which will conclude on the day of the celebration with data visualization in all its dimensions. The festival will be led by Eugenia Lopez, member of the Department of Expression and Audiovisual Content.
