Saprissa reveals new details about the project she did with Alajuelense in the United States

Today, Sunday, Saprissa revealed more details about the friendly match that could be held against the Liga Deportiva Alajuelense team in the United States.

Gustavo Chinchilla, general manager of the purple team, commented in an interview with Tigo Sports, before the Sporting-Saprissa match, that things are starting to take shape more and they hope to announce the news officially soon.

“About three weeks ago we had a first meeting, it’s a dream that was there, to hold a classic in the United States, the biggest group of Costa Ricans is on the New Jersey side, and the plan is to do it there.

“Our goal is for the match to be in July next year, and we have set it with the guys from La Liga Deportiva Alajuelense and the company that helps us with the production, and we hope that will be achieved,” Chinchilla commented.

What is clear is that the match will be a friendly, and it has been decided how the profits from the event will be divided.

“The profits will be 50 and 50, and obviously you have a product that you have to split the income with, and that will come out of the planning process,” the purple manager explained.

Chinchilla concluded by saying that if things look the way they are so far, they will officially announce it no later than the end of the year so that Yunai Fever can save the date in advance.
