In the South American to Qatar 2022 zone, Brazil and Argentina are already seeded, and a place in the international qualifiers should be played between Ecuador, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Uruguay and Bolivia, although Paraguay still has some options.

At the moment, Colombia is in fourth place with 17 units, just like Peru, which is in second place, that is, in square five.
The other intercontinental play-off will be played by a representative of CONCACAF (Central America, North and Caribbean) and Team Ocean.
