Since 1996 it has been developed to lead and manage sports, leisure and physical operations with people, groups, institutions and in interdisciplinary spaces, as well as between sectors, nationally and internationally.
Prior to his appointment, Alemán Curtis worked as an advisor to the former Minister, Hernan Solano.
Among her reports, she holds an Executive Master’s degree in Sports Organization Management, has a degree in Teaching Physical Education, and has taught other sports-related subjects in Barcelona, Germany and Chile.

With the women’s national team, she won the gold medal at the Uncaf Championship in Guatemala, and was also an assistant to the technical staff that won the bronze medal in the Pan-American Games in Winnipeg, Canada, and received the “Outstanding Athlete” recognition from the Department of Sports Journalists and Broadcasters in Costa Rica in 1997.
