ASX-listed Pioneer Lithium is expanding its Canadian portfolio with the strategic acquisition of the Benham greenfield exploration project in northwestern Ontario.

The company has signed a purchase option agreement with Wayne Benham to acquire the project, which includes 30 concessions with a total area of 1,245 hectares.

The project is located approximately 70 kilometers from ASX-listed Critical Resources’ Mavis Lake lithium project, which includes more than 20 lithium, cesium and tantalum pegmatites.

Pioneer Lithium’s immediate goal will be to carry out the first field exploration activities, including prospecting, mapping and collecting rock chip samples. Given the existing infrastructure and proximity to municipalities, you can expect to incur expenses of up to $25,000 CAD.

After completing this field work and analyzing the results, Pioneer Lithium will determine the scope of future exploration activities.
