With the aim of informing you about the infrastructure projects that will be launched in the coming months.
“Governor Samuel Garcia has instructed me to tell you about upcoming infrastructure projects; in the coming months, three metro lines, three highways and a Suburban train that will transport 170,000 people per day. Tenders will be coming very soon and we hope you will participate,” said Rivas Rodriguez.
He noted that technology projects are very important to management, so they hope to continue talking with all companies in the sector interested in doing business.
“We are at your service, to grow, expand and continue to do business in Nuevo Leon. Also, if there are obstacles and if you encounter some difficulties, we are here to serve you,” the official added.
The meeting, held in the multipurpose hall, was attended by the ambassador and about 20 businessmen and managers of Chinese companies, some of which are already established in Nuevo Leon.

Rivas Rodriguez commented that from 2020 so far, 107 investment announcements have been issued, of which 29 are from Chinese companies, accounting for 27.2 percent of the total.
There are 346 investment projects under negotiation in the portfolio, 67 of which are from China, representing 19.3 percent of the total.
In terms of confirmed new investment projects in 2021, China was the second country to receive the majority, after the United States.
For his part, Zhou Qingqiao expressed that the two countries maintain a good friendship and as partners they trust in the development plan.
