American Jennifer Susan Wright, 58, was arrested last Friday in Miami, accused of committing a hate crime against a person of Hispanic origin, Informa Miami Herald With reference to the police.
The accident happened at a store on January 20, the day of Joe Biden’s inauguration. In line, the woman approached a lot of the Spaniard, so she was asked to keep a social distance, first in Spanish and then in English. Wright was furious and started “mumbling bad words.” For his part, the man ignored her and finished shopping.
However, when he left the store with the bags in his car, Wright approached again, this time about a foot from his face. Her request to back down further angered her. In her sermon, the woman who works as an anesthesiologist at a local medical center and is a staunch supporter of Donald Trump gave the man a racist insult, saying, “We should have gotten rid of you when we can.”
Wright said: “This America will not be Biden, this America is my country,” adding: “We should have burned it all.” Then he proceeded to scratch the victim’s car with his keys, saying he should go “to his country.” When the Spaniard tried to call 911, he kicked him and tried to step on the phone.
Wright was arrested at her home in Miami Springs. He faces charges of property damage, intimidation, and harmful assault, which bring the charge to the level of a felony. He was released from prison after paying bail.
