A young woman from Mar del Plata received a diploma in University of Colorado As part of an international training program implemented by the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina (AmCham) with the US Embassy.
The new graduate is Gihirmina Baldini, Long-time Director of Business Development at SMS Latin America.
At the age of 35, the Mar del Plata woman was selected from among hundreds of applicants from across the country who signed up to participate in the “AmChamp: Innovating for Change Virtual Trip,” a five-day training to empower leaders and “talents” in various fields. .
After receiving the diploma, the young woman said, “The quality of the experiences and activities in which we participated exceeded expectations, as we took with us new opportunities and tools.”
Along with young people from across the country, Baldini was one of the featured stars of “AmChamp: Innovating for Change Virtual Trip”.
Baldini also thought of “the ability to interact with different profiles that provides openness, creativity, and a very valuable network of contacts.” “There were international exhibitors and various activities and the University of Colorado program had a very dynamic and interesting agenda,” he elaborated on his experience.
Mar del Plata and 34 other young people were able to chat with experts, educators and entrepreneurs and gain knowledge of innovation, entrepreneurship and leadership, as well as make virtual visits to US companies and participate in a customized course by University of Colorado BoulderOne of the best universities for innovation in the United States.
Among the activities they have been involved in, they have been able to hear firsthand what it means to be encouraged to develop an enterprise in the US, what are the keys to effective communication, and have gained tools to identify opportunities to boost businesses with innovative digital strategies.
