Marco Antonio Vidal Pérez, co-founder of Exphotel Cancún, declared that the main goal is to bring together suppliers, buyers of hotels, restaurants and now also real estate projects, so that they can find their supplies in one place and more business can be done. .
“Like every release, the main goal is to combine supply and demand to provide service to its guests or diners… We already have more than 1,500 registered buyers from different parts of the republic, in addition to those who come to the site, recovering from 80 to 82 percent compared to in 2019, especially appointments and business meetings.”
However, he noted that a full recovery cannot be achieved until next year, although those achieved last year have already been exceeded in this version, the strategies of which will be pursued with the next state government.
People from Canada, the United States, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Colombia and Belize are expected to attend this edition, as well as attendees from all over the Republic of Mexico.
He explained that there will be 180 suppliers: one floor will be devoted to hotel equipment, “everything that has been done in terms of lighting, furniture, decoration, technology, linens and mattresses, and on the second floor food and drinks, which is the kitchen part.”
He added that in this version there will be innovations in the technological aspect, as the buyer can already interact and meet with companies through the digital platform and thus arrive directly on the days of the event with those who are most interested in scheduling work. .
