Speaking at the event, Hai Ninh highlighted that Khanh Hoa identified the United States as one of the key markets where it would like to expand cooperation.

Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Tran Hoa Nam, explained that Khanh Hoa gives priority to attracting investments in the development of high-quality services, such as tourism, finance, trade, logistics, education, training and urban development.

It also expects foreign investments in manufacturing, processing, energy, information and communications technology, and supporting industries. Development of large-scale agriculture associated with the application of high technologies and consumption according to value chains.

On this occasion, representatives of many American and Vietnamese companies exchanged their investment and business experiences in Khanh Hoa, with a focus on the Van Phong Economic Zone, and discussed cooperation and investment opportunities between the two parties.

As part of the business trip to the United States, Khanh Hoa delegation visited and worked with the Permanent Mission of Vietnam to the United Nations. During the meeting, Ambassador Dang Hoang Giang pledged that he would communicate with companies and major groups from the United States and other countries interested in investing in the areas where Khanh Hoa seeks to attract investment.

Hai Ninh expressed his hope that the Vietnam Mission to the United Nations would continue to support the regional delegation in signing a memorandum of cooperation with the Boston city government.
