The purpose of the Dean Agreement is to advance the priorities of bilateral relations, as well as to “deepen and complete” the “productive integration” between the two countries and “develop conditions that enhance and enhance” their competitiveness.
This mechanism responds to the strategic vision shared by the governments of Mexico and the United States, as specified in the text.
DEAN discussions will focus on four pillars: building back together; promoting economic, social and sustainable development in southern Mexico and Central America; Securing the tools for future prosperity and investing in people.
