How do I know that sync is on?

To check if synchronization is active, you need to follow these steps:

• Open the Contacts app.
• Click on our user’s profile picture
• In the pop-up that opens, tap Contacts Settings
• Click on “Google Contacts Sync Settings”
• Finally, locate where “Sync Status” appears.
• The “Auto-sync” option must be enabled. In such case that this is not the case, Google will recommend you to activate it.
