Within hours of the end of the 38th edition of the International Fair of Cochabamba (FIC), or Feicobol, the business round moved $45 million in commercial intent and exceeded expectations set at $42 million, said Juan Carlos Avila, a representative of the Chamber of Exporters that organized the event.

He added, “The business conference is a very important complement to the exhibition and the amount that was achieved in business intentions of $ 45 million, we were expecting to get $ 42 million, and having exceeded this number is a sign of the success of the wheel,” Avila added. A total of 215 companies from 16 countries participated in the economic event, where businessmen signed economic agreements.

The Business Conference was a multi-sectoral event, bringing together companies from the industrial, commercial and service sectors. There, the companies interacted with each other, forming new strategic alliances and contacting potential investors. The 16 countries invited were Chile, Argentina, Panama, Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, the United States, Spain, Germany, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru, Costa Rica and Brazil, as well as Bolivia.

“This is good news for Cochabamba and the country, because it is also a way to help revitalize our economy,” added Avila, who organized the international event in cooperation with the Chamber of Exporters.

YouTuber Cochabamba Kevin Escóbar presented on Wednesday in Feicobol a replica of the Italian Lamborghini that began to be assembled, according to Escóbar, two years ago and which is distinguished by its intense red color.
