Regarding resolution, content can only be observed in HD 720P and downloading of the content will not be available.

The service will be available from November 3 in the United States, Canada, Australia, Brazil, France, Italy, Germany, Japan, Korea, Mexico, Spain and the United Kingdom.

The company said that “existing plans and members will not be affected” and that “Basic with ads complements our Basic, Standard, and Premium plans without ads.”

Finally, Netflix added that advertisers will also be able to prevent their ads from appearing on content that may not match their branding. This strategy responds to the goal of not losing consumers and attracting new consumers due to the growth of competing brands.
