Cardenas Markets, one of the largest Hispanic supermarket chains in the country, and DoorDash, a last-mile logistics platform, announced their new partnership to offer on-demand grocery delivery from 59 stores.
As customers’ buying preferences continue to evolve, Cardenas Markets said it is committed to providing its customers with convenient ways to shop with them.
“Our partnership with DoorDash enables us to further this commitment by providing our valued customers with an additional, accessible way to purchase a variety of product offerings with an average one-hour delivery,” said Adam Salgado, Head of Marketing. Cardenas Markets.
DoorDash is a technology company that connects consumers with their favorite local and national businesses in more than 7,000 cities in the United States, Canada, Australia and Japan. Founded in 2013, DoorDash enables local businesses to meet consumer expectations for ease, immediacy, and prosperity in today’s convenience economy.

In addition to groceries, the retailer said customers can also purchase and order from a wide range of authentic Spanish dishes prepared daily in Cardenas Markets’ kitchens.
Cardenas Markets has DashPass, the DoorDash membership program that offers members unlimited delivery rates at no cost and discounted service fees from thousands of restaurants, grocery stores, and stores across the country.
DashPass members can enjoy these benefits on all eligible orders of $25 or more from Cardenas Markets.
The Hispanic supermarket chain is headquartered in Ontario, California, and has stores in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
