In a statement, the “call center” company said it accelerated hiring in June and July, though it revised its forecast for results, which is now considering calculating year-end fixed revenue, by a margin of between 11.5% and 12.5%.
On the positive side, the company continues to increase the weight of “strong currencies” on its balance sheet and already accounts for more than a quarter of revenue.
Conversely, business with Telefónica suffered 5.5%, due to the impact of the operator’s cost-cutting plan in Brazil, which reduced the scale of bailouts.
Similarly, the company started a cost-cutting program in April, which allowed it to save $15 million (€14.7 million) through July.
