The holidays are coming to an end and the kids want to make the most of their free time before school starts. In Tecnoteca San Francisco, an event was held on Wednesday A special event for the whole family called “Summer Science and Technology Kermes,” an initiative jointly promoted by the Municipality of San Francisco and the Department of Science and Technology of the Cordoba Provincial Government.
The doors opened at six in the evening, and a large number of people came to participate in the various activities that suggested developing scientific concepts through games. Those interested were able to visit, learn about, manipulate and experiment with the various shows through the installation of chemical laboratories, drones, and electronic workshop.
In addition, Kermes had a moving stellar observatory that allowed to advise employees of the Ministry of Science and Technology on constellations, calibration of telescopes, and others.
On the other hand, UTN’s San Francisco Regional College participated in the exhibition with various proposals that captured the interest of children and teens who came to the building located in the Civic Center. Also, Cres San Francisco’s industrial design profession Rapid Prototyping Lab offered various activities to entertain young and old.
