The Latin American and Caribbean Space Agency (ALCE) Created today during Sixth Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), after the signing of the Constitutive Agreement by Member States, including Argentina. The agency’s goal is the “integrated and sustainable development of the space field” in the region, as well as “the promotion of national technological development”.
