A distinguished specialist visits the Faculty of Medicine

On this occasion, they greeted the protocol and informed about the details of the said postgraduate course. In addition, Dr. Palermo thanked the official for the reception at the House of Studies, where he will work for two days with teachers and alumni.

Regarding the above, he added, “It is with great pride that we are in the National University of Northeast Medical School leading this diploma course with Dr. Aguirre, which is a very complex course, but their enrollment is 80 diseases.”

He highlighted the importance of these conferences, which are divided first into the theoretical part and then into practices using ultrasound scanners, with patients, with physicians, “It will be a flawless day and a very important contribution to science,” explained Dr. Palermo.

For his part, Co-Director Dr. Daniel Aguirre noted, “This is the first diploma in the Northeast and the first in the country in higher education in maternal and fetal medicine, a diploma in it. It covers, above all, the great diseases of the pre-conception moment, in the beginning of Pregnancy of women, and of course aims to improve perinatal outcomes in terms of developing the best techniques and scientific evidence, in the most important diseases of pregnant women.”

The Faculty of Medicine of the National Northeastern University, the first maternity clinic, is organizing concurrently with Koyo University, the link that helps and empowers us.

The Co-Director also said that this is the first cohort and that an important team of teachers from our college are participating, along with the guidance of Dr. Mario Palermo, whom he described as valuable and important, Dr. Elba Mirta Morales, and Dr. Carlos Casella and a group of maternal and fetal professionals from the country, South America and some from Europe.
