Public Health Report on Coronavirus No. 672

The Ministry of Public Health reported that on Sunday, January 16, 2022, two deaths due to COVID-19 were recorded.

The dead are: A 61-year-old woman from DC who was taken to Santa Clara Hospital. and a 58-year-old man, from Chimbas, were admitted to Rawson Hospital.

It is also announced that as of 7:30 PM of the date, the following official numbers of coronavirus cases have been recorded in San Juan.

Confirmed Total: 100,678
Infection patients: 23933
Deceased (cumulative): 1201
Recovery: 75544
Negative test: 2555

Part of the boarding schools
49 patients have been hospitalized in COVID-19 areas at Dr. Guillermo Rawson Hospitals; Dr.. Marcial Quiroga; Dr.. Ventura Loveras of Sarmiento; Dr.. Cesar Aguilar of Caussette. Dr.. Jose Giordano of Albardon. Federico Cantone, of Boquito; Simic. Dr.. Giulietta Lantry; San Roque Hospital in Yachal; Dr. Alejandro Albarracín Hospital in Valle Vertel; Barriel Calingasta Hospital; 25 May Hospital; private hospital; medical institute; El Castano Clinic; Santa Clara Clinic; San Juan Sanatorium and CCI.

Of this total, 10 patients remain hospitalized in the critical area, and one patient has mechanical ventilation.

Among those hospitalized in the COVID-19 area, two patients are carriers and one is a pediatrician.

It should be noted that the boarding schools portion is updated until Friday, January 14.
